“ Michelin Restaurant in Seochon During a weekday visit, we found ourselves as the only patrons at the restaurant. The wine menu was notably high-end, which seemed fitting given that the course menu was priced at 250,000 won per person (approximately $210). The server was exceptionally cordial and demonstrated deep expertise in wines, providing excellent introductions to both the menu and wine selections. The restaurant boasted an array of wines not commonly found elsewhere. They also had a comprehensive range of Perrier-Jouët Champagnes, each unique to their collection. We chose an entry-level bottle of Perrier-Jouët (opting out of wine glass pairings due to their generous quantity). As we neared the end of our meal, the server recommended a perfectly paired red wine glass to accompany our main meat dish. What was particularly innovative was how the menu listed only the ingredients of each course rather than their names, offering a fresh and intriguing approach. Initially, I was apprehensive about being the only table, concerned it might be too overwhelming. However, the staff were considerate of this, ensuring we had a comfortable and relaxed dining experience. Overall, it was an outstanding visit, and we're definitely keen on returning. ”
“ Fishy seafoods.. Main dish and service was good. ”
“ Absolutely incredible experience from the superb service to the delicious food. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough. Will definitely be coming back next time I am in Korea. Absolutely phenomenal. ”
“ Holy korean french taste here ”
“ One of the best French restaurant in Seoul. ”
“ What an experience! Food is divine, staff are super kind and professional, ambiance is cozy plus clean. Even though it was our first fine dining experience, the restaurant was relaxing, and staff made sure we didn't feel too out of place. Every bite was pure fascination. Usually when we go to a restaurant, we say "delicious!" But we were repetitively singing "this is fun!" and smiling by the end of the meal. Thank you chef and team! ”
“ I had a pleasure taking my Grandma aunt and my girlfriend to one of the best meal I had in a while. Moulin has been open for 10 years which is very difficult for any restaurants in the world, but once you step in you can see why they been successful all those years. There service starts from reservation over the phone and once you step in it feels like you are invited to a someone's dinner party. Every plate was unique and classic at the same time, mix of classic technics with new and bold flavors. I will highly recommend everyone in Seoul to try. Thank you again chef and the team! Food, service and mood was all perfect! ”
“ By far the finest veal steak I've had in Korea. Even if the price seems a bit overwhelming, I strongly wish for you to go for the wine paring option. All of their listed wines are famously well received, and the marriage is exquisite. The food itself might even feel a little flat if not paired with wine. My only critique is the slight overlooked effort in coffee. Though I don't have anything against Nespresso, it would have just been better to only serve tea. All of staff seems excruciatingly well informed about the menus and all actions seemed choreographed. I didn't expect this much of a fine dining at a small restaurant in Seochon, it certainly was a pleasant surprise. ”
